Working method:
- Start the lifting device and the feeding device, turn the grain feeding device to the circulation position, and after the operation is stable, start to slowly feed the wet food to the feeding device; after filling the drying tower, close the feeding device and lift device.
- Start the fan, to be stable operation, and then lit hot stove, open the ventilation combustion-supporting (the ventilation door shut down and then start until the fan runs smoothly, and then adjust the ventilation door to the desired location). Open the lifting device after half an hour of drying. Close the lifting device, 3 to 5 minutes after the grain is circulated, and circulate once every 7 to 10 minutes and repeat operation.
- According to the drying process requirements, set the temperature display upper and lower temperature values (different cereals, the drying temperature is different) Observing instrument shows the temperature reaches the grain drying temperature, to ensure the actual hot air temperature within the set range, such as the actual hot air temperature exceeds the set The upper limit of the temperature, then automatically close the induced draft fan, hot air temperature drops, with the temperature dropped to the set temperature limit, the induced draft fan automatically open, the temperature rose again.

4. After 1 hour from the start of the main fan, the grain moisture is detected every 20 minutes (grain is taken from the sampling port) When the moisture content of the water reaches the process requirement, the boiler draft fan is firstly turned off (the main switch is switched to the manual position) Furnace door open, and then turn off the main fan, Turn on the unloading switch, began to grain.
5. After the grain is unloaded, do not close the lifting device and continue the next batch of grain drying operations according to the above steps. Turn off the boiler and draft fan, open the door, and extinguish the remaining fire in the stove. When the stove is completely cooled down, turn off the main fan.
